Black and Lavender Extravaganza Victorian Hat

This lovely Victorian hat is brand new but is made to look like days of old. This touring hat is BIG.The rim is covered in 4" black lace. The crown is covered in luxurious pale lavender matte satin. The front has a plume of black feathers accented with black flowers and black pearls. Cascading down the back is three feet of black tulle. this is truly magnificent.
