Stunning Victorian touring hat. Measures 15" across brim. Gathered netting in back, hangs down approx. 36". Satin gathered on crown, accented in front with feathers, florals, and beading. Floral lace all around hat, with lace and satin ribbons hanging down one side. A fabulous red touring hat.
