This delightful hat is the perfect accoutrement to a black or burgundy outfit. It measures 8 inches by 8 inches. The hat is made of burgundy velvet with black lace trim, burgundy feathers and flowers. Organza ribbon ties are on the front and a 24 inch tulle train in the back with venise lace trim.
