Description
This hat is made of felt in top hat style. It features a mini tulle train, lace brim, sides wrapped in gathered ivory fabric and overlay of black venise lace. The flowers are chocolate brown and ivory topped with brown marabou feathers. Elastic band on the underside to secure to head. Handmade.
