This gorgeous hat could have come straight from the Moulin Rouge. Made of black felt in top hat style, this hat features gathered burgandy silk around the sides of the crown with lace, feathers, flowers and organza ribbon. The back has a gathered tulle mini train which is 7 inches long. Handmade.
