Lovely riding hat in solid red. French style Victorian hat. 100% wool hat base trimmed all around with velvet, roses, and fringe. Accented with large feather plumes. Tulle gathered at the back and hangs down approx. 25". One size fits all. Hat measures approx. 11" across.
