Gorgeous red and purple hat. French Victorian style. Red felt hat trimmed all around in purple velvet and red floral lace. Red tulle gathered at the back and hangs down about 27". Accented with red roses, red and purple feathers, a Red Cardinal - bird, and red netting. One size fits all. Hat measures approx. 10 1/2" across and just over 5" tall.
